doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Grandpa (Bill) and Selah
SELAH: What does a penguin say?
HER MOM: I don’t know, what does a penguin say?
SELAH: BRRRRRR
Not bad for a three-year-old.

I wonder where she heard that? Any ideas, Grandma? *snorts*
She may have picked it up from the television, or at her dad’s house, but not here as far as I know. What I think was cute was the naturalness of it. It took her mom and uncle many more years to actually “tell” a joke.
I am afraid of things to come. She’s smarter than the rest of us.
I know adults who still can’t tell a joke. LOL
She’s smart because of the people she hangs around with. Children who grow up with bright adults have a definite advantage over those who don’t.
Too true. I mean, look at how smart our children are. Ha!!!!
