Today is Chocolate Parfait Day

PARFAIT, The French word for “perfect,” is the original French sundae made with a custard-base ice cream flavored with fruit purée and whipped with a lot of air to a delicate texture.

I think the 1st of May is a fine day to indulge in a little perfection!

    I’m with you, Susan. That looks yummy! If someone brings me a parfait, I will not turn it down. ; )

      The Hubs and I were reminiscing about when Dairy Queen brought out the Peanut Buster Parfait (pictured) and it only cost 99 cents. And was frequently on sale for less than 50.

      Ah, the good old days.
