35 years today

BandSsmIt was 35 years ago today that Bill and I got married.

Thanks to the Internet, I found a site that broke that down into various units of time.

35 years comes to 12,784 days.

Or 1826 weeks and 2 days.

Or 306,816 hours.

Or 18,408,960 minutes.

Or 1,104,537,600 seconds.

As time flies by, the more I realize how short the time truly is.

Don’t waste it, kids.

Take care–Susan Kaye

Thanks, Robin. We did our celebrating Saturday, but Bill did take the day off so grocery shopping is on the list. After this many years, adaptation is the strategy.

Just think how many meals you’ve eaten with that man! How many loads of laundry you’ve washed! How many times you’ve been to the grocery store? Well, not you. Bill obviously does that.

    Happy anniversary, you two.

Hey, to celebrate we went grocery shopping today. The only thing more depressing than thinking of how many times we’ve done these things, would be to figure up how much money we’ve spent! Oh, if we had all that in cold hard cash.

      Thanks, Gayle.

Our real song is “You’re Still the One” by Orleans. I need to download it and play it very loud.

      Thanks, Laura.

Why yes, we DO want a piece of your mind. ;-)
