Robin Helm

In the past five years, I have written and published The Guardian Trilogy, which includes Guardian, SoulFire, and Legacy, as well as all three books of the Yours by Design series (Accidentally YoursSincerely Yours, and Forever Yours). All of my books are in the Kindle Match program, meaning that if you buy the print copy, the Kindle version is free.

My husband and I have two daughters and a granddaughter, the elder a military wife living with her husband and daughter in Japan, and the younger a newlywed living with her husband in California while he pursues his dream career. We live in South Carolina with our Yorkie, Toby.

After teaching in Christian schools for twenty-five years, I left teaching full time to take several part time jobs so that I would have more time to write. I am the Associate in Music and Music Academy director for my church, and I teach piano in the Academy. I also teach music part time in an elementary charter school.

Sincerely Yours, Yours by Design, Book 2, is now available in print and Kindle on Amazon and in e-pub and other e-book formats on Smashwords.

AccidentallyYours-RobinHelmWhat if the proud, arrogant Fitzwilliam Darcy of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice never changed after his disastrous proposal to Elizabeth Bennet at Hunsford? What if the humbled man who successfully courted her was not the same man?

Two worlds . . .
Two centuries . . .
Two men who love the same woman . . .
Two prayers fervent enough to shift time . . .
Endless questions and possibilities . . .
What would a man give for a second chance at love?
What would he sacrifice to keep it?

The lives of two men are turned upside down when they both fall in love with the same woman in this Christian fantasy fiction romance.

What could be better than one Darcy? Two Darcys, perhaps?

Guardian - Robin Helm

Guardian – Robin Helm

The powerful and imposing Xander/Darcy, chief of all guardian angels, has protected exceptional humans from demonic forces over the course of ten millennia without losing a single battle. In 1989, he receives an unusual assignment which will forever change his ordered existence and alter the course of human history. Will he lose the battle for his own heart while guarding supernaturally gifted Elizabeth Bennet from the evil which surrounds her? Will he be strong enough to resist her as she grows from a precocious child into a beautiful, intelligent woman? The veil dividing the physical and spiritual planes is drawn aside to reveal warfare on an unprecedented scale as Elizabeth develops her gifts and her guardian discovers his emotions.

Robin, am I totally stupid or what? I read Accidentally Yours earlier this year and have carefully read blog posts about when to expect the other installments. So here I sit on June 30th of 2014 wondering why I cannot find Sincerely Yours since it is well past early Spring. Have I missed something?

No, Kara, you haven’t. Sincerely Yours is in final edits, and there was a holdup. I expect to receive those edits this week and publish next week. Thanks for reading Accidentally Yours. I promise you don’t have much longer to wait for Sincerely Yours, and I apologize for the delay.

Robin, Forever Yours is shaping up to be as wonderful as “Accidently” and “Sincerely”…Thanks for keeping the time travel…futuristic adaptations of Jane’s awesome books alive. By the way I was really caught up in the Guardian series and am so glad I found it after you finished all three. I couldn’t wait to get the next book. It reminded me somewhat of Frank Peretti’s series “Piercing the Darkness”, et al. I devoured those books years ago and they really made me seriously search for Biblical references about the spirit realm. Be blessed and know you are appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me that! Those books were relatively easy to write as so much of it was autobiographical.

I’m rewriting the Guardian trilogy as The Xander Chronicles. It is all from Xander’s first person point of view. I’ll have added and deleted scenes, but will remove the Austen elements. I’m aiming for YA paranormal.

Forever Yours should be out within a month. I’m near finished writing. It’s in edits, and I’ve already finished the cover. I’m so glad you like that series!

I’ll write more JAFF, but it will always have some sort of paranormal element. I love sci-fi.
